Hello Church Member!

Welcome to Elvanto - our new way to keep things organized around Church.

You have been given access to our member area, as we're beginning to trial Check-In for services, particularly for Kids Church.

If you look along the top, you'll see a variety of tabs - But you want to choose the "Admin" tab so that a drop-down list appears.

Services will be one of those listed there. Click on this. 

Then you will need to choose today's service date.

From here there is two ways to check in. Staff check in or self-check in. Self check in we will initiate a little way down the track!

So, initially, we'd love it if you can check in all children once they have arrived at Kids Church.

You'll see a search bar at the top. You can type in children's names here - and they will pop up in the box below. Click on one of the children you wish to check in. You will see that you can do one  child, or multiple at the same time. Once you have checked in the children required in one family, click 'finish' at the top right of the screen. That will bring you can to the search bar again and you can do another child!

Keep working through the list of children you have until everyone is checked in!
